Trips for Exporter Groups

These trade missions are organized for the benefit of a group of exporters willing to share expenses for the trip. The program is flexible but normally includes the following:

Industry Trade Show

Your trip is organized to coincide with a trade show which is crucial for presenting your products. You can share a booth with other members of your trade mission or have your own. We take care of the practical things – from registration and translation/printing your information materials to identifying your potential partners and inviting them to visit your booth.

Networking Events

Another great chance to experience the real culture of doing business in Russia/CIS – are business matching events. This is where a group of exporters meet with a group of potential buyers, distributors and representatives. We arrange a banquet. Following the get acquainted meal, the event allows both sides to make presentations and discuss potential deals.

One-On-One Meetings

When requested, we arrange for an exporter to privately meet with prospective partners. Our experienced local staff are present to facilitate the discussion.
